This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in connection with Crime No.24 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent forthwith. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri on 15.08.2020, itself.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
