Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANTHA MURUGAN S.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.95 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.2861 of 2023 respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
