Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the Respondents to recover the original education certificates and other certificates belonging to the Petitioner and her 9 year old son from the 3rd Respondent / Husband by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024 and 09.01.2024 within time stipulated by this Court pending enquiry in CSR.No.14/2024 dated 09.01.2024 on the file of the second Respondent Police.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the wife of the third Respondent. She had sought direction from this Court against the Respondent Police for securing her original certificates from the third Respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 27.02.2024, this Court directed the learned Counsel for the third Respondent to hand over the documents before this Court to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the case is adjourned.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the third Respondent is present in this Court and submitted that he had 2/4

already furnished the documents sought by the Petitioner herein. He would further submit that the Petitioner appeared before the Court and obtained all the relevant certificates from the learned Counsel for the third Respondent.
