No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.7437 of 2015 concerned in Cr. No.469 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of police Suchindrum police station, Kanyakumari District the respondent herein. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.R.SATHAN BOOPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 07.07.2015 made in MP(MD).No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7437 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e on 1st and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further order is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
