RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.1815 of 2016 in Crl.O.P. No.24624 of 2015 dated 29.2.2016 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e every first Monday and third Monday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.02.2016 made in Crl.MP(MD)No.1815/2016 in Crl.OP(MD)No.24624/2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e every first Monday and 3rd Monday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
