ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a case of jumped out bail and NBW is pending. Therefore, this petition will not be maintainable.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that it is a case of jumped out bail, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and file a recall petition. The petitioner is further directed to file an undertaking affidavit that he will appear for all hearing dates before the trial court without fail, at the time of filing recall petition. On such filing of recall petition and understanding, the learned trial Judge is directed to consider the recall petition on the same day.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
