ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / A4 & A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 447, 379(N) of IPC r/w 3(1)of PPDL Act, 1992, in Crime No.218 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have severed Eucalyptus Trees worth about Rs.4500/-. 3.Since the petitioners severed the Eucalyptus trees and the case is related to the offence under Section 3(I) of PPDL Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
