Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to carryout survey and demarcate the boundary of the petitioner's land in Survey No.584/1A1 to an extent of 9.75 cents situated at Kuchanoor Village, Uthampalayam Taluk in Theni District within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

The petitioner is said to have filed an application seeking measurement of his property before the Tahsildar / second respondent and also paid fees, but so far, the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not taken steps to survey the property. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the fact that since the application is pending for long time, the second and fourth respondents are directed to survey the property of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimant, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
