Against which, they have filed a revision before this Court in Crl.RC(MD) No.198/2013. This Court, by an order dated 25.10.2013 allowed the revision. He also produced a copy of that order. Hence, there will be an order of interim stay in this revision. Personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial court is dispensed with for the present.
