ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by threatening or abusing him that a false case registered against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Gnanamurugan, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.90 of 2023 for the offence under Section 4(1)(k) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, against the petitioner and that the investigation is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
