The petitioner retired as 'Record Assistant' in the revenue department. He seeks notional promotion to the post of Record Assistant/Junior Assistant as per G.O.Ms.No.43, Personal and Administrative Reforms Department, dated 15.02.1994. In this regard, the petitioner has given more than one representation. The last of the representation is dated 14.12.2017.

2.The second respondent is directed to pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the mater.
