Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.RAJRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case is pending as C.C.No.124 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, (FAC), Srivilliputhur.

3. A report dated 30.08.2017 from the Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Srivilliputtur, reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 07.07.2017 to 30.08.2017 onwards except 19.08.2017.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed
