ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in view of the lapse of time and the subsequent events, nothing now remains for further consideration in the matter. He he also made an endorsement to that effect in 1/4

the court record. However, he submits that the money claim in the suit may be expedited.

2. Having regard to the age of the Petitioner / Plaintiff, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.620 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
