To call for the records and set aside the Judgment and conviction passed by the Learned Sessions Judge (POCSO Special Court, Tirunelveli in Spl.S.C.No.19 of 2019 dated 12.02.2021 and acquit the appellant herein.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.VEERAPANDI, Advocate for the Appellant and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6188 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.368 of 2021, dated 21.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, prays to relax the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6188 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.368 of 2021, dated 21.12.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
