O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry based on the petition submitted by the petitioner dated 09.10.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, due to money dispute, the petitioner has sent the said representation to the first respondent seeking refund of the amount paid by him to the Trichy Pasumai Nilakadalai Urpathiyalar Niruvanam. But the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the petitioner has submitted a request before the first respondent not to conduct enquiry by the third respondent. However, the third respondent has enquired the matter and without conducting proper enquiry, he has closed the complaint.

5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the first respondent and the first respondent shall appoint any other competent officer except the third respondent to enquire the matter and the officer appointed shall conduct proper enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 26.02.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
