PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the O.P.No.128 of 2020 within time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the case in O.P.No.128 of 2020 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.P.No.128 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner/wife for divorce before the Family Court, Madurai, which was posted for counselling from 18.03.2020 to 14.02.2021 for more than a year. Eventhough notice was served prior to 18.03.2020, counter has not been filed by the respondent so far.

3.Since O.P.No.128 of 2020 is of the year 2020, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of O.P.No.128 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
