ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 454, 457, 380 of IPC altered into 457 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.196 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Since the allegations are serious in nature and the petitioner has stolen the Noon Meal Centre articles and this is not a question of amounts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
