(MD) No. 7604/2017 dated 22.06.2017 and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.AYYANAR PREM KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the weekly conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 10.07.2017 and absent only on 04.09.2017 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation has not been completed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
