ORDER

Heard Mr.N.Balasubramanian for the petitioner and Mr.I.Murugesan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.363 of 2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent, in respect of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the case has been investigated and the final report was filed on 07.07.2023.

4. In view of the above, the petition seeking to quash the FIR is not maintainable, as the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
