PRAYER :- To extend the time for surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court which was granted in the order dated 20.01.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.19452 of 2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19452 of 2019, dated 20/01/2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
