ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.SURESH, Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and MR.V.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate on behalf of the 5th Respondent, the court made the following order:- The main appeal is filed by the employer on the ground that the Deputy Commissioner of Labour fixed the liability on the employer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CMP(MD) No.7437 of 2021 regarding interest, since the employer has not submitted particulars under section 4(A)(3) of Workmen Compensation Act within 13 days. Both the appellant and the Claimant have agreed to settle the matter.
