RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police is also present and submitted that investigation is still pending.

3.A report dated 30.08.2017 from the Judicial Magistrate Devakottai, reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the weekly condition from 12.06.2017 to 28.08.2017. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
