ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.251 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same as against these petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.773 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands 2/4
