ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti vide the Letter in D.No.131 of 2021 dated 19.02.2021 and upon appeared of Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate(criminal side)on behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti to dispose of CC.No.79 of 2019 within a period of four months from 20.04.2020. The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, has sought for further extension of time of four months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, in the letter in D.No.131/21 dated 19.02.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court. 3.In the circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, is directed to dispose of CC.No.79 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
