This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members bon the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 01.02.2020

Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the registered post and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.No.G3/2932/20/ and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
