This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute and direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 2 and 3.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that due to group clash, criminal cases were reregistered against the petitioners and the de-facto complainant. Further, proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C has been initiated by the Executive Magistrate.
