RESPONDENT / PETITIONERS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased accept the affidavit and grant further 4 months time as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No. 412/2016 dated 11.01.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.V.RAJARAJA, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE, (CRL.SIDE) the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is an application, seeking further four months time to file final report in Crime No.81 of 2013.

2.Even though notice has been served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the petitioners would submit that one Muthammal, who is a witness to the case, refused to give thumb impression for the purpose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ getting expert opinion and only on account of that, there is a delay

in filing final report. It is also represented that earnest steps have been taken to serve summons through Court and even after service of summons, she did not appear. Hence the present petition has been filed seeking further time.

4.In view of the above submission, four months time is granted to the petitioners to file final report in Crime No.412 of 2016.

5.This petition is closed accordingly.
