ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2021 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 21.08.2021,for which CSR No.649 of 2021 has been issued and the same is pending for enquiry. 3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
