This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament schedule to be conduct Tournament on 14.01.2018 from 10.00 AM onwards till 15.01.2018 07.00 PM day and night matches to be held at Sports Ground near at Inamrettiarpatti, Ilangakurichi Via, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District based on the petitioner's representation to the respondent dated 02.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival the petitioner conducted Kabadi Tournament. Likewise, in this year also, the petitioner has proposal to conduct a kabadi Tournament from 10.00 AM on 14.01.2018 till 07.00 PM on 15.01.2018 and for that, he gave a representation dated 02.01.2018 to the respondent, but, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondent.

3.The learned Government Pleader has submitted that the respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 02.01.2018 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on or before 10.01.2018. 5.with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
