This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.140 of 2017 dated 26.09.2017 and to file final report with appropriate Sections. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and also filed final report as ' Action Dropped' and the same has been closed. He would further submit that RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner/defacto complainant.
