This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's tipper lorry bearing Registration No.TN-55-X-5595.

2.Heard Mr.R.Pon Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Sub Collector has already initiated enquiry proceedings and the petitioner is directed to be present before him on 05.01.2018 for enquiry. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the Sub Collector on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
