Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has produced a demand draft bearing No. 937744 dated 18.03.2020 drawn on Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai, in favour of the respondent herein for the entire EP amount, i.e. Rs.1,55,000/- and the demand draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also accepted the same.

3. In view of the full satisfaction being made by the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Consequently, the Execution Petition is dismissed. No costs.
