O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to any officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.02.2018.

2.The petitioner herein has already filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.89 of 2018 to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by him. The said criminal original petition also came up for hearing today and the same has been disposed of as further action has been dropped by the Inspector of Police, Ambathurai and therefore, this petition has to be dismissed as infructuous.

3.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
