ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.3 to return the original certificates viz., Transfer Certificate, Mark Statements, Community Certificate, Conduct Certificate and other Certificates submitted by the petitioner at the time of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
admission in the 3rd respondent college by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2017 and 02.11.2017 in the light of the proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent in Letter No.44212/TAC/2017, dated 28.11.2017.
2.Heard Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and Mr.C.Muthu Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner has got back all the certificates from the respondent college. He further submitted that the petitioner conduct has been shown to be unsatisfactory, since he had approached this Court by filing the writ petition against the college administration. 4.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner had studied first semester alone in the third respondent college and that the petitioner has got back all the original certificates, his grievance has since been met with, no further orders would be required in the present Writ petition.
