For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in crime No.167 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3 who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 341,323 and 324 of IPC in connection with NonBailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.62 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.62 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 19.08.2019.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear in C.C.No.62 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Further the trial Court is directed to complete the trial proceedings preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
