Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by 3rd respondent Joint Director in O.Mu.No.11319/U2/2016 dated 01.12.2016, Quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of 24 non-teaching staff (Name List annexed) in the petitioners college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances w.e.f. the respective dated of their appointments.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents in proceedings dated 09.06.2021.

2.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that out of 20 persons, the service of 13 persons alone had been approved. In respect of 7 persons' approval is yet to be granted.

3.However, on an earlier occasion, the approval was granted in respect of 11 persons. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the contempt petition pending. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy, if any grievance exist in respect of the grant of approval.
