The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents in proceedings dated 09.06.2021.
2.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that out of 20 persons, the service of 13 persons alone had been approved. In respect of 7 persons' approval is yet to be granted.
3.However, on an earlier occasion, the approval was granted in respect of 11 persons. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the contempt petition pending. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy, if any grievance exist in respect of the grant of approval.
