ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ramanathapuram to dispose of CC.No.163 of 2020.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the case in CC.No.163 of 2020 is posted on 26.03.2021 for framing of charges and that all the witnesses would be produced by the prosecution as expeditiously as possible. 3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ramanathapuram to dispose the case in CC.No.163 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
