It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to afford sufficient police protection to the petitioner, his family and his land in R.S.No.M-6/2-7 of Vadiveeswaram Village, Agatheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District admeasuring 5 cents. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 31.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel

for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
