The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry of any complaint except through due process of law by considering his representation dated 19.02.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3314 of 2020 would submit that the fifth respondent has approached the Judicial Magistrate, Antipatti to file petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C and it was numbered in Cr.M.P.No.673 of 2020 and third respondent/the Inspector of Police, Kandamanoor Police Station was directed to register the complaint for the cognizable offence and to file report within a period of four weeks. He would further submit that in order to conduct preliminary enquiry, the third respondent has issued summon the petitioner other than they have not harassed the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
