ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.301 of 2022, during the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and there was a compromise entered into between the parties, by which, all the articles as well as the educational certificates of the third respondent were handed over to her in the presence of the police and on the basis of the above, the enquiry itself was closed.

3. Since the complaint itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
