This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent and his subordinates not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner, on the guise of enquiry in connection with a civil transaction. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the 2nd respondent police, petition enquiry was conducted and subsequently, it was closed and the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police.
3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
