ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2-1110-2019 dated 04.04.2019 in respect of patta for the property situated in Survey No.555/13 555/25 at Puthanatham Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of his representations dated 11.02.2019 and 30.08.2019. This Court, by order dated 23.09.2019, disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition(MD)No.290 of 2020 the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2019 within twelve weeks. Alleging non compliance of the above order, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would produce the order passed by the respondent in Mu.Mu.A5/5456/2020 dated 31.01.2020, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and would state that the order is complied with. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the above order dated 31.01.2020, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
