The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2015 and provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the Government Advocate (criminal side), the 2nd respondent is directed to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above said direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
