This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.501 of 2021 from the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that there is no petition/no case pending against the petitioner.
