PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 4 to 9 for conducting Kattapanchayat and ex-communicating the petitioner and her family from the community by interfering into decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.241/2009 by the learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tenkasi District dated 16.12.2020 and to register the complaint as against the respondents 4 to 9 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2021 and 09.02.2021. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 4 to 9 for conducting Kattapanchayat and ex-communicating the petitioner and her family from the community by interfering into decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.241/2009 by the learned Additional District Munsif, 2/4

Sankarankoil, Tenkasi District dated 16.12.2020 and to register the complaint as against the respondents 4 to 9 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2021 and 09.02.2021.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would contend that already the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2021 and 09.02.2021 were considered by the third respondent and the same were closed. The copy of the closure report also produced to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Since the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed, there is no need to pass further orders in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.07.2023 NCC :
