ORDER

The petitioners are accused in Crime No.184 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

CRL OP(MD). No.3316 of 2020 is identified by the learned counsel and A.Chidambaram, Special SubInspector of Police and he has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. The parties have also filed a compromise memo. The same is taken on record.

3.Since the defacto complainant himself has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime.No.184 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent, the same stands quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
