ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents no.5 to 7 not to harass the petitioners in the official capacity of respondents nos.3 and 4 in a Civil Dispute of fraudulent double entry made by the 8th respondent in favour of the 9th respondent without any right after sold the same land to the 1st petitioner in Survey No.96/4, New Survey No.96/4A, to the extent of 5.32, vide document no.1778/2007, dated 24.07.2007, at Manampakki village group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.07.2021. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
