O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner, his family members and his Mount Zion Matriculation High Secondary School at Batlagundu and Mount Zion Academy CBSE Schools at Kenguvarpatti School premises. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in Current Paper No.N.Dis.16/ALGSCTNI/2020. He would further submit that the petitioner as well as the third respondent were called for enquiry on 21.02.2020 and 24.02.2020. During the enquiry, both the parties have agreed to go for settlement, due to intervention of their friends and elders and thereby, the petitioner asked the respondent not to take any further action.
