This criminal original petition is filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni dated 07.06.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.2122 of 2023 in Cr.M.P.No.1063 of 1/3

2023 in C.A.No.36 of 2020 and to extent the time for depositing the 20 percent of compensation amount before the Trial Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the criminal appeal itself has been disposed of and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
