ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court by an order dated 03.03.2021 had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the defacto complainant considering the injuries inflicted on her.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is not willing to receive the said amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate filed an alteration report dated 05.02.2021 wherein the sections have been altered as 294(b), 506(i), 307 and 427 of IPC.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.78 of 2021 while executing sureties.
